Labbitom Awards awarded by The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Honouring distinguished Hajj affairs offices with the “Labbitom Award” during the activities of the “Khitamuhu Misk” Ceremony each year after Hajj is concluded.
What is the “Labbitom” Award:
One of the Performance Measurement and Beneficiary Satisfaction programs, which aims to promote the concept of competition among service providers to enhance the efficiency and quality of service delivery during the pilgrims’ journey and to strive to raise the satisfaction rate. This is achieved by evaluating the services provided by Hajj Affairs Offices according to defined criteria and strategies.
Criteria and Requirements for the Labbitom Award:
- 60% Office performance and compliance with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s instructions.
- 10% Results of satisfaction measurements for the services provided
- 20% Awareness programs
- 10% Special initiatives and qualitative projects
